Each session is limited to 24 registrants.


Offered in two parts (June 1 and September 7, 2016)
Dr. Tom Voigt, Dr. Bruce Branham and Bill Sharp from the University of Illinois will lead a hands-on Weed ID Field Class at the Midwest Golf House in Lemont, Illinois. Taught in two sessions, each class will feature plants that are actively growing during that time of year. Participants will learn through hands-on evaluation and learning proven techniques to properly identify the plants outlined below.

The most up to date control measures will also be discussed for each including: best management practices, IPM and chemical control.  Please come with questions and be ready to learn.

Registration fee for each class is $85 or $150 if you sign up for both. The fee includes “Identifying Weeds in Midwestern Turf and Landscapes”, handouts and light refreshments
